Clara and Robert Schumanns spring of love
A moderated evening with songs of Clara and Robert Schumann.
The cycle "Zwölf Gedichte aus Rückerts Liebesfrühling für Gesang und Pianoforte op. 37", a joint composition of Clara and Robert Schumann, is the main part of the evening. Before, there will be five songs from Robert Schumanns "Myrthen", followed by five compositions by Clara Schumanns. The evening will end with well known cycle of Robert "Frauenliebe und Leben" with texts by Adalbert von Chamisso.
